Ready to Ship jewellery bought online and shipped from our warehouse, including sale items, can be returned for a refund under our 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we email you a return label to post the item back to us. The return label costs $15.
