At Anny's, we stand behind our product and take pride in what we do. Here's how we look after what you buy from us.
What's covered
- Anyone who buys a piece from Anny's, in store or online, gets lifetime cleaning and polishing.
- Manufacturing defects in the custom pieces we make are rectified without question, for the life of the piece.
- Your ring includes one free resize within the first 2 months, for a change of up to three ring sizes.
What's not covered
Repairs under Anny's Guarantee are for manufacturing defects only, not wear and tear. Everyday wear, such as worn claws or rhodium plating wearing off white gold, is repaired as a paid service.
How to claim
Bring the piece to the Frankston workshop (92 Young Street, Frankston VIC 3199 — walk-ins welcome). Email us before visiting Collins Street for engagement-ring and wedding-ring consultations. Please wait for our email confirmation before coming in. For custom pieces, the team that made the piece is the team that will service it.
