Refund Policy

Ready to Ship jewellery bought online and shipped from our warehouse, including sale items, can be returned for a refund under our 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Please wait for our approval and return instructions before sending your item back. We inspect returned items before approving a refund.
Once your return is approved, we email you a return label to post the item back to us. The return label costs $15.

- Made-to-order pieces
- Imported loose stones
These change-of-mind terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including for faulty items.
Pieces bought in store
Pieces bought in our stores, including sale items, can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Please contact us for approval before returning your piece. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces and imported loose stones have separate terms.
Custom work
The design fee and custom work can't be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
If you're not happy with your finished piece, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll endeavour to remake it through our heavily discounted remodelling service, and you pay any out-of-pocket costs.
Ready to Ship delivery
Ready to Ship delivery within Australia is $9.99 below $150, with free insured shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Dispatches from our warehouse in 1–3 business days. This is the dispatch timeframe; delivery time is additional.
