How it works
Secure Your Stone
Contact our team to confirm that your chosen diamond qualifies and how much is payable up front. Once your payment is confirmed, we order the stone for you.
Arrival and Viewing
Allow roughly seven working days for the stone to arrive in store. Your seven-day viewing and decision window begins on arrival, not when you place the order.
Inspect and Decide
See the actual diamond in person at our store and decide whether it is right for you. Let us know your decision within seven days of its arrival. If you choose the stone, we confirm the next steps for your purchase with you.
We Arrange the Supplier Return
If you decide against the stone, tell us within the seven-day window. We arrange its return to the supplier. A $150 fee for shipping and customs is deducted from your refund.

7-Day In-Store Gemstone Viewing
Locally sourced, with no supplier-return fee
Our gemstones come from a Melbourne warehouse. You can view your chosen gemstone in person at our store, with seven days from its arrival to decide. The gemstone stays in our showroom throughout the viewing period.
There is no supplier-return fee for this gemstone viewing program. The $150 diamond supplier-return fee does not apply to gemstones.
Enquire about your chosen stone before visiting so we can confirm availability and arrange to have it brought in from the warehouse. If you decide not to proceed, tell us within the seven-day window and we will arrange its return at no charge.
